**Job Posting: Finance & HR Executive
We are currently seeking a talented and dynamic Finance & HR Executive.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a multifaceted role that involves managing finance and accounting responsibilities, as well as overseeing various human resources functions.

If you are a driven individual with a passion for both finance and HR, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:

Handle the full set of finance and accounting tasks for the company, including bookkeeping, AR, AP, month/yearend closing, GST submission (if applicable), and tax computation.
Assist in general administration work for the office, ensuring smooth operations and efficiency.
Be adaptable and open to taking on other duties as determined by management.

Job Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accounting or possess a Professional Accounting Qualification.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
Demonstrated capability to work independently and efficiently under mínimal supervision.
Possess strong analytical skills, good time management, and meticulous attention to detail.
Required languages: English and Mandarin, as this position involves communication with our PRC clients and suppliers.

Work Details:

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am6.00pm
Rest Days: Two days off per week
Salary: $2500$3000 (negotiable based on qualifications and experience)
Work Location: Suntec City
