Associate/Senior Associate, Talent Attraction (1 year contract)
RESPONSIBILITIES
NTUC Health is one of the largest community health and eldercare providers in Singapore.
We are looking to make a difference in our community and are recruiting dynamic and capable individuals to join the Human Resources team.
You can expect to work with a team of agile and committed HR professionals.- Craft compelling job descriptions and advertisements that effectively communicate the organization's culture, values, and opportunities.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including but not limited to job boards, social media, networking events, and industryspecific platforms.
- Partner and drive strategic alliances and partners such as educational institutions and government agencies such as e2i, WSG
- Coordinate with hiring managers and HR partners to schedule interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate the overall recruitment process.
- Regularly track and report on key talent attraction metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing recruitment strategies.
- Stay informed about healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices that impact the recruitment process.
- Identify trends, competitor practices and analyse data to drive and influence the business unit with innovative talent attraction strategies
- Support HR digital transformation projects
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Proven experience in talent attraction, recruitment, or a related role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional organizational abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitmentrelated tools.
- Creative thinking and problemsolving skills to address challenges and devise innovative talent attraction strategies.
OTHER INFORMATION
- Familiarity with healthcare industry dynamics, trends, and terminology is advantageous.
- Proficient in Google Workspace tools
- IHRP Certification would be advantageous
