Description

Operations of the District Cooling Plant according to procedures and requirements including but not limited to starting, loading, unloading and shutting down the complete plant and systems

Have sound knowledge of the safe operating parameters, controls, precaution and safety interlocks when starting and loading plant equipment so as to avoid damage and to be able to run the plant in the most efficient manner
Plant process conditions troubleshooting, analyzing and testing when necessary
Carry out plant changeover and conduct testing of equipment to meet statutory compliance and best industry practices
Input to and liaison where necessary for long term Station planning

Requirements:

Diploma/NITEC relevant engineering discipline
23 years relevant working experience in District Cooling, Industrial Facilities or Ventilation Systems
Experience in the erection, commissioning and initial startup phases of a District Cooling Plant is an advantage
