Demonstrate dedication to making calls on a daily routine

  • Liaise effectively with the Sales and Marketing team to generate leads
  • Provide quality service and customer satisfaction in all aspects of work
  • Generating potential revenue for Cynopsis Solutions through prospecting
  • Identifying and developing new potential business leads and opportunities
  • Working closely with the management team on business development plan
  • Ensure all customers' request and actions are followed up diligently and on time
  • Keep abreast on Cynopsis Solutions development and advise customers accordingly
  • Build and maintain contact with all the new and existing clients to ensure high level of clients satisfaction
