Perform opening and closing shift at shop. plan staff roster, recruit and train new staff for beverage operations. Plan daily schedule for both restaurant service and kitchen staff. Prepare beverage inventory, ordering of stocks, storage and receiving of stocks. supervise staff during operation, handle customer complaints, handle difficult customer situation. Ensure workplace cleanliness and safety, as well as hygiene.
