Your Responsibilities:
-

  • Focal point for communication channels
  • Perform dispatch of technicians and/or requests accurately and promptly
  • Ensure movement of equipment parts that are issued are also returned
  • Generate and maintain filing of work records

You will need:

  • Diploma in any Engineering discipline
  • At least 3 years of Callcenter experience
