Reporting to the General Manager, the Business Development Specialist will source and bring successful merchants onboard for our client.

  • Generating new leads and business opportunities to fuel pipeline via various channels
  • Discover merchants' potential, identify their challenges and advise them on how the products and service offerings can add value to their business
  • Work closely with the Onboarding team to get the merchants to go live within the expected timeline
  • Meet and exceed given weekly and monthly targets
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clientele in the industry
  • Outbound sales experience with a proven track record. Fresh graduates with strong drive and motivation are also welcomed to apply
  • Sound understanding with sales processes, from prospecting to pitching and closing
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with good commercial acumen
  • A selfdriven and disciplined individual who thrives in a fastpaced and highly agile environment
  • An entrepreneurial spirit who is resourceful, able to drive actions and inspire people around you
  • Possess a great sense of ownership and take pride in your work
