Our Client celebrated their 60th anniversary as they were established in 1956. Their headquarters is in Japan and they are focused in Pump technology and has honed in the shipbuilding industry

Job Description:

Manage and follow through entire sales process (quotation, order processing, invoicing and delivery arrangement)
Follow up closely on sales enquiries, quotation submitted and achieving sales target
Manages relationship with new and existing customers
Process customers??? orders and monitor customers??? payment schedule
Coordinate with production in Japan HQ and delivery schedules
Handling and preparation of full sets shipping documentation
Liaise with freight forwarders on shipping arrangement
Assist in preparing various sales reports
Other adhoc tasks being assigned

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma or its equivalent with at least 4-5 years relevant working experience
Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
Positive attitude, self motivated, friendly and able to multi task
Good interpersonal and effective communication skillsCompensation: 5 Working days/week
Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm
