Responsibilities:


  • The Director for Mid-Market (MM) is responsible for driving, leading and executing the GTM Strategy for the team.
  • This role is responsible for the cumulative quota of all team members.
  • To lead, guide and manage a team of Account Managers, grooming these individuals to cover accounts, build strong funnels, win deals and drive growth in revenue and Ebitda
  • To direct development of Mid Market segment focused account planning and strategies to meet the needs of the FSI and Parking customers within its base
  • Guide and lead the team and build relationships with all levels in customer's environment
  • Understand and appreciate SME trends and pain points, hence working a winwin strategy with the team
  • To have deep understanding of customer trends to retain, crosssell and upsell services to customers to achieve key targets in customer retention and revenue protection
  • To work and collaborate with Specialist team, Channels, Digital and Marketing team to drive effective collaboration in gotomarket programs
  • To transform customer experience through Digital First strategy to increase engagement via Digital and lower transaction costs and improve ROIC

Requirements:


  • Degree from a recognized university
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in Telco and/or ICT industry
