Description

Basic Salary:
UP to $3300 (Depending on experience)

Location:
Woodland

Work schedule:5 days work week (Monday to Friday) - 9am - 6:10pm

Roles and Responsibilities

Maintain meticulous transaction documentation and ensure accuracy.
Manage the entire Accounts Receivable spectrum.
Ensure precise and timely processing of Goods Return Notes.
Supervise local bank deposits and daily NAV system updates for customer accounts.
Proactively oversee overdue accounts, debt collection, reconciliation, and financial forecasts while collaborating with auditors and driving process improvements.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accounting
At least 3 years of experience in accounting & finance.
Mathematical and analytical ability
Proven ability to work crossfunctionally
Work independently with mínimal guidance required, i.e., good time management, planning/organization and decisionmaking skills.
