Description

The Associate Planner will be responsible for formulating storytelling strategies and planning for content on digital and social media channels for a key client, across 2-3 brands.

This includes content strategy, content analysis, editorial planning, campaign ideation, and execution of day-to-day tasks.

You are the face and the voice behind the brands you manage in the social realm.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the Planners in social media strategy & planning for assigned brands
Create or suggest engaging and innovative ideas for social media
Draft social media editorial calendars together with the creative team
Meet and liaise with daytoday clients for approval an information
Analyse, review and report on social media efforts
Benchmark competitors to ensure we stay current with developing social strategies as well as stay abreast of best practices in social media

Job Requirements/ Experience/ Skills/ Education

At least 1 year's experience in agency as Account Executive, Creative, Planner or Community Manager
Some level of experience with managing Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and other relevant social media platforms for brands
Intellectual curiosity for all and thirst for innovation in the social media realm
Understanding of digital, marketing and advertising concepts as well as data/statistics
Strong communication skills, written and oral
Team player
Meticulous and conscientious
