Onsite day-to-day operations of the End User Computing support to users in Singapore and remote support for regional offices

Alignment of End User Computing with Global team
Provide 1st & 2nd level technical support for Windows and Mobile OS, File and Print, Office365 services (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Active Directory etc.)
Manage the complete lifecycle of laptop/desktop environment from procurement, ongoing support to decommissioning
Work closely and provide technical support to other IT teams as required
Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments in a fastpaced and highly challenging environment
Other adhoc duties assigned by supervisor

Job Requirement:

A diploma or degree in Computer Studies or Information Technology
Minimum 1 years of relevant experience
Possess an aptitude for acquiring new skills and knowledge
Technical knowledge and experience on Microsoft technologies (Active directory, SCCM, GPO, O365, Azure, Intune, Windows 10 etc) and networking technologies is a plus
ITIL certification will be an advantage
Relevant experience in IT Service Management
Strong technical knowledge and experience on MS technologies
Ability to multitask under pressure, ensuring service delivery is maintained
Team Player
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
