About Our Client:
Our client is a well established IT company with global presence in market. They strive to enhance consumer's digital life experience by providing services based on their accumulated know-hows in the field.
You will report to the Head of Singapore Office and your responsibilities include:
- Facilitate smooth on-boarding and off-boarding processes.
- Manage end to end payroll process and ensure timely tax filings.
- Maintain uptodate personnel database and other HR system information.
- Manage office supplies inventory and facilitate repairs and maintenance.
- Manage budget and ensure timely payments for officerelated expenses.
- Exercise high level of discretion when handling confidential documents and data.
- Guidance and HR advisory to employees on various matters such as absence management, welfare benefits, and organisational changes.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, updating policies and procedures as needed.
The Successful Applicant:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
- Good understanding of Singapore Labour Laws and has basic knowledge of HR practices and procedures.
Proficient in Korean to liaise with stakeholders in Korea who does not understand/speak English
:
- Prior experience in payroll and tax clearance to understand the work.
