Description
Position Summary
In this position, you will oversee the full spectrum of Human Resource framework and processes, including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations & Retention and Payroll.
Responsibilities:
Sourcing, Recruitment & Selection
Compensation, Benefits & Payroll
- Process monthly payroll and claims in accordance to the company's payroll processing system.
Other administrative work
- Handle the administration of employee's benefits, including AL, MC, insurance and claims.
- In charge, order and replenish office stationery, pantry supplies, office equipment and other miscellaneous items.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 13 years' experience in Human Resources
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Strong communications skills, proficiency in both English and Mandarin to liaise with external and internal stakeholders
- Attention to detail and good judgement;
