Position Summary


In this position, you will oversee the full spectrum of Human Resource framework and processes, including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations & Retention and Payroll.


Responsibilities:


Sourcing, Recruitment & Selection

Compensation, Benefits & Payroll

  • Process monthly payroll and claims in accordance to the company's payroll processing system.

Other administrative work

  • Handle the administration of employee's benefits, including AL, MC, insurance and claims.
  • In charge, order and replenish office stationery, pantry supplies, office equipment and other miscellaneous items.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • 13 years' experience in Human Resources
  • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
  • Strong communications skills, proficiency in both English and Mandarin to liaise with external and internal stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and good judgement;
