Description
This position reports to the director and interfaces with Organisation managers and HR staff.

Individual to be involved in:

  • Employee orientation and training logistics and recordkeeping
  • Organisation-wide committee facilitation and participation
  • Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health reporting
  • Provide direct support to employees during implementation of HR services, policies and programs

Requirements:


  • Active participation in strategic planning process, including developing goals, objectives and processes
  • How to engage employees and stakeholders professionally
  • Gain experience with Human Resources Online Systems (LMS / Payroll) and database management and record keeping
