The Colliers Singapore Advisory & Consulting team provides strategic advisory services to support clients deliver their real estate, urban development and infrastructure projects and investment strategies across the Asia-Pacific region and beyond.

To accelerate its growth, the Colliers Singapore Advisory & Consulting team is recruiting for a real estate consultant to join its growing business line and support its business development and project delivery efforts to serve private, public and institutional clients across APAC and globally.


This newly created role will be responsible for sourcing and delivering consulting projects from start to finish, including client pitching efforts, data collection & analysis, literature reviews, report writing and client presentations.

The real estate consultant will also support and lead business development activities, research publications and commercial proposals.


This position is ideal for someone interested in gaining broad-based project experience in the real estate and urban development sectors both in Singapore and overseas.

The role provides good opportunities for career growth and progression, development of a professional network and technical skill development., including project exposure to all key real estate asset classes, including residential, office, retail, industrial, data centres, master-planning & infrastructure projects and more.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, including Real Estate, Economics, Finance, Urban Planning, Business or a related field. Master's degree a strong advantage.
  • 2 to 5 years of prior work or project experience in government, consulting and/or real estate sectors
  • Problemsolving ability, out of the box thinking, analytical skills, and strong communication skills
  • Business development experience and client facing capability
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Willingness to learn quickly and operate in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Understanding of basic real estate market dynamics and concepts
  • High numeracy and strong quantitative analysis skills
