Field Service Engineer - Singapore - Reeracoen Singapore Pte Ltd

【 What you will be doing 】- Liaise with HQ on technical issues
- Provide technical solutions to both local and regional customers
- Provide remote technical support
- Generate service quotations and attend to customers' queries on service terms
- Undertake service improvement projects and adhoc jobs as assigned.
Requirement:
- 【 What they are looking for 】
- Degree in Electronic/Mechanical engineering, Material Science or equivalent
- 1year experience in the technical servicing of high vacuum instruments, eg. TEM, EPMA or XPS (xray photoelectron spectroscopy)
- Must have ownership, selfinitiative & proactive attitude towards work
- Logical thinking on technical troubleshooting
- Good communication skills
- Able to work under pressure
Working Hour: 8:30 ~ 17:00
