The Data & Services team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing the cutting-edge services that help our customers grow.

Focused on thinking big and scaling fast around the globe, this agile team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base.

Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include payments-focused consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, business Test & Learn experimentation, and data driven information and risk management services.


Within the Data & Services organization, Marketing Services places Mastercard at the heart of our customer's b2c and b2b marketing strategies.

Our vision is to become the partner of choice for Issuers and Merchants leveraging our solutions to drive our Client's most profitable customer engagements and Mastercard Preference.

Roles and Responsibilities

As a Marketing Services Product Manager, you will be responsible to:

  • define, develop, lead, manage and scale consistently and competitively differentiated Marketing Services products to meet or exceed performance KPIs
- define and manage product strategy, blue-prints, constructs and roadmaps, customer experience, GTM, delivery and operations, KPIs and reporting, business case and product P&L
- identify, leverage and embed digital, marketing and marketing technology needs, requirements and capabilities
- create Marketing Services products for priority customer segments
  • Financial institutions, Fintechs, Merchants, Small business and Governments
- build digital marketing capabilities that leverage data and a diverse suite of performance driven, best-in-class marketing capabilities to enable B2B2C implementation with external and internal business stakeholders across APAC
- drive and support digital and integrated marketing initiatives, payments/card product management and processes.
- fostering strong internal and external partnerships to address key business challenges and opportunities across spend optimization and other digital initiatives to evidence our strategic value to garner new business opportunities and engagements.
- being a digital marketing SME to internal and external stakeholders to implement marketing initiatives that drive optimal returns and results
- contributing to thought leadership in evolving our digital marketing products supporting the Global and Regional Marketing Services strategy

All About You

Bring the right expertise on the intersection of tech, data and digital marketing to deliver scalable solutions that commercialize at scale and capabilities that will future-proof the Marketing Services discipline

  • Post Graduate / MBA in Marketing or Business with high degree of expertise in Digital Marketing and Digital Marketing technology with tangible results in customer lifecycle management, customer engagement, performance management and CRM
  • Integrated marketing experience with key focus on digital marketing in leading digital agencies, financial institutions, marketing consulting firms or leading global merchant verticals.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of effective P&L management
  • Marketing Product management, marketing consulting and / or CRM experience driving products, strategy, execution and measurement
  • Be a born story teller superior skills to build product and sales narrative, influence and generate excitement and commercial interest among internal and external stakeholders
  • Extremely strong in building relationships and managing stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical capability, advanced Powerpoint and Excel skills, excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
  • Preferred with experience of managing marketing products
  • Highly collaborative, able to simplify and not afraid to take thoughtful risks to help Mastercard and the team win in the space
