What you will do

Establish close relationships with key accounts to induce client retention and generate new business development initiatives
Prepare recruitment materials and post job advertisements to various job boards to generate pipelines
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the organization to enhance efficiency so as to keep us ahead of the competition, and induce retention internally

Who we are looking for:

Degree or above in any disciplines
Comes with at least 1 year of relevant experience in Recruitment, either as an Internal Recruiter/Talent Acquisition or from an agency setting
Good presentation and communication skills, with the ability to deal with external clients professionally
Self motivated and results driven, with a positive mindset in wanting to excel
Able to think outside the box for creative solutions and challenge the status quo
