Our client is an investment firm based in Asia that focuses on funding and supporting companies across different stages of development.

They are currently looking for an experienced Private Equity Fund Accountant to join their team.


Responsibilites:

  • Liaise with fund administrator for Fund NAV preparation and review, including related statements and investor specific reporting
  • Prepare/Review capital call/distribution notices
  • Track and forecast Fund expenses
  • Work with fund administrator and auditors for the audit of the Funds
  • Prepare IRAS income tax statements and MAS annual declarations
  • Bank/custodian account opening
  • ILPA reporting, PFAR reporting

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance or relevant disciplines
  • At least 5 years of experience in audit and private equity fund accounting
  • CPA, ACCA or other professional accounting qualification is a plus
  • Team player, independent, keen learner
