Awards Manager responsibilities and help recognise the efforts of Singapore's Corporates, in their Corporate Purpose journey and impact across people, society, governance, environment and economic dimensions.


We are seeking an
Awards Manager who is passionate about designing and developing scalable recognition systems to shift the way business do good in Singapore.


Core Duties And Responsibilities

  • Codesign a robust and userfriendly; recognition and award process; to tier companies; with alignment from ecosystem partners; hosted on NVPC's website
  • Support various stakeholders to review and/or establish a national recognition system that is robust in tiering companies based on their efforts in Corporate Purpose and the 5 Impact Areas
  • Harvest, harmonise and develop knowledge in the sector (especially on Corporate Purpose, Corporate Sustainability, Corporate Responsibility, ESG, Corporate Community Investment, etc.) and translating it into frameworks, metrics and policies for corporate recognition and tiering
  • Engage in endtoend functional activities: requirements collection, drafting of functional analysis, configuration and customization of the solution, preparation and execution of tests, preparation and execution of training, participation in data migration activities, user support, etc
  • Be the key point of contact for Corporates on resources and recognition awards matters, in a timely manner
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan, providing updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments and progress

Key Deliverables

  • Support the development, overall project management and communication of a national recognition system to internal and external stakeholders
  • Assessment with substantiated recommendation on the respective recognition metrics for the questionnaire, in each of the 5 Impact Areas (People, Society, Environment, Governance, Economic)
  • Administer NVPC Secretariat duties to facilitate the due diligence and tiering of companies during the award period

Requirements:


  • Bachelor or master degree in business or a related field
  • Knowledge of globally recognised reporting frameworks (e.g. GRI/ WEF/ UN SDGs)
  • Strong problemsolving skills
  • Ability to operate independently and in teams, good organizational skills and predisposition to work in a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator in English
  • Excellent documentation skills, ability to convey complex information with objectivity and brevity
