Responsibilities:

• Lead endtoend project management for medical device design and development projects, from concept to commercialization, including transfer to production.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate crossfunctional teams, including engineers, designers, regulatory experts, and quality assurance personnel, to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and proactively implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Manage client communication and expectations, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and any changes to the project scope.
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, on time, and within budget while meeting regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the project team.
• Contribute to business development efforts by participating in client meetings, proposals, and presentations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
• Proven success in managing medical device design and development projects.
• Strong understanding of medical device regulations and standards (e.g., FDA, ISO
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
• Must be living in Singapore
