Contact: Jasmine Poh- Roles and Responsibilities:

Negotiate charter party terms to charter space and move cargo
Work with brokers, HQ, and agents for vessel clearance to load port and disport.
Communicate with HQ and vessel owners for stowage planning before vessel arrival to prepare for tank inspection, ensuring loading can commence smoothly.
Communicate with HQ and agents for provisional price for suppliers and buyers.
Act as the middleman between HQ with the agent to troubleshoot any issues between the parties.
Manage operational and commercial communications with HQ, broker, and agent for smooth operations.
Perform Know Your Client (KYC) process to register new customers and suppliers.
Conduct Profit and Loss analysis and settlement.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the commodity trading industry preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise between parties and troubleshoot issues.
Experience in chartering and operation preferred
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to contribute to decisionmaking processes.
