Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Part-Time Business Account Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Chatard account management or senior business account management, along with a strong background in auditing, investment analysis, and business strategy.

*Requirements:*

•⁠ ⁠Minimum of 10 years of experience in business stratigraphy, with a focus on analyzing business structures and financial data.

•⁠ ⁠Proven track record in advising on business restructuring, repositioning, and redesign to optimize financial performance.

•⁠ ⁠Experience in working with Private Equity firms for business sales and acquisitions.

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in interpreting and analyzing financial figures and data to make informed business decisions.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively advise senior management.

Job Responsibilities:*

•⁠ ⁠Conduct thorough analysis of businesses' financials and operations to identify areas for improvement.

•⁠ ⁠Advise on restructuring, repositioning, and redesigning strategies to enhance financial performance and market positioning.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare and present comprehensive reports and recommendations to senior management during weekly Zoom meetings.

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with stakeholders to implement recommended strategies and monitor progress towards financial goals.

•⁠ ⁠Liaise with Private Equity firms to facilitate the sale of businesses when appropriate.
