Pricing & Customer Service Executive (Airfreight - Singapore - CVISTA HR CONSULTING PTE. LTD.
Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to coordinate with internal and external customers to arrange collection.
- Liase with carriers and coloader to get most competitive rates and book shipments.
- Plan with vendor to arrange collection
- Provide instruction to Air Export operation team with complete information for execution as well as cost information
- In case of offload or flight delay to liase with carrier and coloader to investigate root cause.
- To verify vendor invoices for shipments arranged.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports to customers and account managers, when required
- Support the team to ensure fast and accurate responses for pricing / quotations for both internal departments and overseas stations as well as clients.
- Respond timely to client pricing requests
- Coordinate tenders and RFQ's for all Air
- Obtain pricing from carriers, coloaders and internal network (product teams, overseas stations) in order to provide a solution and pricing to clients as per request
- Maintain strong relationships with carriers and coloaders
- Act as a resource for all Air
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years working experience in Airfreight Pricing / Air Procurement / Customer Service in Freight Forwarding industry
- Dangerous Goods certified or with DG knowledge will be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint )
- Experience in negotiating and managing relationships with carriers and coloaders
