Consumer Health is currently recruiting for a Manager within the Asia Pacific Supply Chain (SC) Finance organization.

This role will provide financial leadership on business decisions and strategy to the E2E regional squad to delight the Consumer/Customer - partnering directly with the regional Deliver Lead and also partnering End to End (E2E) with all Commercial and SC functions (Selling, Making, Source, Plan, FP&A, etc.).

This role will play a key leadership role in shaping the vision to drive strategy through increasing analytics and providing transparency to the input costs associated with delivering operations - customer service, warehousing, and transportation.

This position reports through the regional Sr. Director of Finance SC and is part of the E2E Regional SC Finance team.

  • Partner closely with the Deliver Regional lead and team to drive Deliver strategy and communication E2E in the region; together, the Deliver lead and this role will elevate and improve the Delivery and Finance team muscle around cash, tradeoffs on value (speed vs. cost), transparency of inflation or logistics disruptions to overall SC, and transparency of costs to the region (including clusters/countries) as required to make tradeoffs and run the business
  • Motivate and inspire broader team supporting DELIVER on all operational, SC financerelated topics, meeting timely and accurate reporting and planning cycles, driving insights and transparency, and working toward our future state of finance, as well as HAVE FUN and embody our CORE VALUESbased culture
  • Collaborating across finance functions to deliver results, including transparency of inbound/outbound and warehousing costs and tradeoffs for speed/value
  • Planning, actuals, and analysis of the financial results distribution costs (SGA, COGS), ensuring delivery of the committed results
  • Close collaboration with SC and Commercial FP&A for Consumer Health
  • E2E accountability for regional results including GP and SGA as it relates to distribution and ability to deliver products to the Customer/Consumer timely
  • Close collaboration with SC and Commercial clusters/countries to driver accountability and deliver results in E2E operations, including with senior management
  • Evaluation of business cases and strategies
  • Deliver compliance oversight in partnership with the business and compliant results
  • Ability to support Adhoc projects as requested by the Director of Supply Chain Finance

Qualifications:


Position Requirements:


  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience
  • Extensive experience and proven track record of financial business partnering
with a focus on cash and value creation, the ability to recognize the business value in the E2E context

  • Ability to work through ambiguity in a newly created role in the region
  • Excellent crossfunctional collaboration and influencing skills
  • Superior skills in framing data & storytelling in the context of short & longterm goals
  • Demonstrated analytical and problemsolving skills
  • A proven track record interacting with senior management and collaborating/influencing across functions
  • Understanding of compliance frameworks

Preferred Competencies:


  • Understanding the Consumer Health business is a plus
