Role and Responsibilities
- Present solutions to customers in postsales role
- Lead solution design on projects
- Design, review and document onsite architecture of our solutions
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to project teams
- Collaborate with product management on new features
- Create standard architecture documents, best practices and tools
- Work with presales teams for solution design and RFI/RFP responses
- 810 years of technical experience in software company, with a BA in Computer Science or related field
- Skills in web architecture, Java, Amazon AWS, database systems, and high availability design
- Customer facing experience / Consultative approach to problem solving, and ability to learn new technologies
- Nice to have: experience in hardware sizing, system interfaces, highvolume scaling, system performance analysis, and Financial Services industry experience.
