Description
Knowledge in Trade Finance, Loan or Customer Life Cycle Management, would be an advantage- Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects with experience in banking systems analysis, design and development with good technical knowledge of IT systems
- Good knowledge in web app programming, content API, management systems, database and system design
- Able to lead and motivate crossfunctional teams and offshore vendor delivery teams
- Able to resolve conflicts with senior stakeholders and possess decisionmaking competencies
- Proven track record in project execution and implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology with experience in banking product or operation domain
- A team player with strong sense of responsibility and accountability
- Excellent analytical skills and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
