Senior Executive / Executive, Operations Control & Planning

Job Purpose

Join our team as a Senior Executive/Executive in Operations Control and Planning, where you will play a key role in a high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and update plan for Bridging Bus route with new train line
Create contingency plans for emergencies and major incidents
Coordinate leaves plan for Key Appointment Holders
Manage emergency response coordination with relevant stakeholders
Provide Secretariat Support to Emergency Planning Committee
Supervise Bus Guide (BG) and Bus Support Team (BST)
Coordinate training records for Bridging Bus training
Participate in ISO22301 audit
Organize training and drills to test contingency plan effectiveness

Qualifications & Work Experience

Degree in Business or related field
Minimum 2 years of operations management/emergency planning experience preferred
Strong writing, presentation, and project management skills
Ability to work well in a team or independently

Skills

Independent and able to handle pressure
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Critical thinker, proactive, and a team player
Detail-oriented and self-motivated
Willingness to work flexible hours when needed
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerBI a plus
