CoreTRM provides a cloud-based E/CTRM software platform to Oil and Commodity Trading companies in Singapore and around the world.

**E/CTRM stands for Energy/Commodity Trading and Risk Management software.

Our platform allows trading organizations to handle and simplify the full trade lifecycle of physical and derivative trades from trade capture, through operational logistics, to financial settlement.


Our
risk management features enable management to track profit and loss, positions and credit, monitor risk metrics, duties segregation, and ensure adherence to trading limits in real-time.


Due to rapid expansion, we are now looking for an
Admin & HR Executive, who will handling mostly administrative work and some basic HR admin support.

He or she is expected to **remote-work on a part-time basis (4 hours a day Mon to Fri). On some occasions such as onboarding of new staff/staff retreats, he or she is expected to be working on-site.
**Responsibilities
Admin

  • Office administration/matters
  • Eg: purchasing stationery, water and related items for office
  • Liaising with building management on all building related matters
  • Business Travel Arrangements liaise with staff on their business travel plans and assist them with travel arrangements (eg: visa/covid requirements, research on hotels/airfares) when needed
  • Marketing research as assigned eg: to compile list of competitors/events etc
  • Research and plan personal travel itineraries and coordinate travel arrangements for CEO and his family
  • Any other adhoc matters in admin when required (Eg: organising gifts for clients/staff, clients/staff lunches and dinners during special occasions, organising company retreats/training sessions/industry events/mass demo sessions for clients or potential clients/huge marketing campaigns etc)

Assist in admin work in special projects (Eg:
company move/expansion to bigger office when it happens etc)

Human Resources

  • Maintain and upkeep all leave records (MCs/annual leave/leave in lieu/public holiday leave in lieu etc) of employees and ensure that all records are complete, kept orderly and treated in strictest confidence
  • Process Director and CEO's claims
  • Process all staff claims and maintain updated claims records.
Keep track of staff's travel claims, and generate updated claims reports in various formats (eg:
staff/clients etc) when requested.

  • Assist in basic recruitment and onboarding processes such as posting of job ads, setting up and coordinating interviews and onboarding matters (arranging desk, namecards etc). Any other adhoc matters in HR admin when required (Eg: reservist claims, paternity claims etc)

Requirements:


  • Good in research and admin work
  • Some HR experience will be useful
  • Meticulous and detailed
  • Must be able to fulfil the expectations of being fully contactable during work hours, and able to remotework responsibly
  • Able to keep information confidential (eg: salaries/company info) Singaporeans or PRs only

Important expectations

  • Working hours 4 hours each day (Mon-Fri). We are flexible on the hours being 91 pm or 15pm, or a FIXED mixture of both.

(no ad-hoc changes allowed to not disrupt business needs):


  • Having said the above, the executive must be agreeable to come to the office or onsite on an adhoc basis (eg: staff onboarding/retreats etc)
  • Strictly no remote work in public places such as cafes (due to confidentiality concerns).
  • A must to be able to follow our security rules and rules on confidential information
