The Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) serves as the regulatory and developmental agency for the early childhood sector in Singapore, overseeing key aspects of children's development below the age of 7, across both kindergartens and childcare centres.


We are looking for a self-driven individual who will be involved in administering preschool subsidy schemes that will support families through affordable and quality preschool education.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage queries from parents/centers
  • Support data collation and review of subsidy processes and framework
  • Support the maintanence of referrals to track, allocate and identify reasons for appeals
  • Maintain eRegistry for Subsidy and KiFAS
  • Other admin duties allocated as required

Job Requirements:


  • Serviceoriented
  • Meticulous
  • Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant experience in grant administration or similar field will be advantageous
