Our fantastic Bakery team plays a crucial (and delicious) role in producing our own variety of baked goods and cakes, which are baked fresh daily and served in all our outlets:


  • Baked Goods such as wholemeal, multi-grain, rye, olive bread, cheese bread, croissant, burger buns, bagel, brioche, honey bread, pain de mie, apple pie, etc.
You will...

  • Come to understand the different varieties of product offerings
  • Learn the preparation and baking techniques behind our delicious baked goods, cakes and pastries, from using the best ingredients available, to the various mixing methods, measurements, and accurate blending of ingredients
  • Understand the proper use of mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment used in production
  • Learn to appreciate the importance of using the correct cookware and bakeware, so as to achieve the right temperature during the baking process
  • Pick up priceless skills and knowledge in being able to accurately identify the different types, characteristics, functions, and quality indicators of each baking ingredient
  • Appreciate the importance of always maintaining food safety standards; from quality checks and control to the proper handling and storing of ingredients, as well as ensuring all equipment are sanitized and ready for use
  • Be exposed to even more skilldevelopment opportunities from other adhoc tasks assigned by the Executive Baker

Job Requirements:


  • Will be good to have at least 1year related working experience or training, but not entirely necessary as training will be provided in abundance
- _*Those with relevant work experience and skills will be offered more senior roles like Baker and Senior Baker _

  • A valid Food Hygiene Certificate registered with Singapore Food Agency (SFA)
- *If you do not have a valid food hygiene certificate, the Company will arrange the training and certification _

  • Able to work under pressure in a fastpaced, yet fun environment
  • Great communication skills with positive, interpersonal skills
  • A team player with a good sense of job responsibility and a keen eye for details
  • Flexibility to work early morning shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Honest willingness to learn and grow with the Company
