Job Description:
You will be responsible for all Travel and Accommodations related policies, strategies, frameworks and arrangements for the countries of Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam and Philippines. This position sits within the Controlling function with dotted line responsibilities from travel responsible in respective country offices. Together with local and global stakeholders, you will onboard, implement and make locally relevant our listed travel and accommodation partners.
- Key responsibilities:_
- Developing and implementing travel policies
- Booking travel and accommodation arrangements
- Managing travel budgets
- Ensuring compliance
- Providing customer service
- Maintaining relationships with travel suppliers
- Global mobility supports with coordinating and ensuring the successful relocation of overseas colleague as well as post relocation sourcing of longterm rental accommodation.

- Besides your personality we see that you have:_
- Have at least 35 years of managing corporate Travel and Accommodations.
- Experience in strategy and proposal writing, framework designs and proficient in effective corporate communications.
- Past experiences in travel agency and hospitality sector will be appreciated.
- Service oriented mindset and behavior as well as experienced in stakeholder management.
- Resilient and versatile, not afraid to handle push back with managers and stakeholder when needed.
- Selfdriven and motivated, able to tackle challenges and make decisions with mínimal guidance.
- Well balance between strategic way of working and day to day operational matters with a proactive approach, as well as actively seeking collaboration cross functionally.
This position is based Singapore Office and will report to Regional Controller.
