_Job Summary:
_


The customer service officer will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, representing the company's professionalism and providing excellent customer service.

This role involves handling incoming calls, managing the reception area, and performing various administrative tasks.


_Key Responsibilities _:


  • Concierge services, manage telephone calls, walkins queries from students and parents.
  • Distribute incoming and outgoing mails.
  • Assist in disseminating circulars, documents, items to staff.
  • Assisting in daiy office operations such as checking on deliveries, distributing food supplies to needy students, liaising with teachers and on parent's enquiries, following up absentism.
  • Perform simple and general administrative tasks,

_Requirements :
_


  • Minally N level's or equivilent
  • 3 years prior experience in frontline service roles. (Having worked in school environment would be an advantage)

_Specifications:
_


  • Location: Holland area, Clementi
  • Working hours: 7am 1pm, 10.30am 4.30pm
  • Commencement: January December 2025.
