    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Conducting thorough research to discover the best solutions for various applications, documenting outcomes in technical reports, and presenting discoveries and suggestions.
    • Creating chemical procedures, suggesting tests and methods to assess equipment and chemicals at different concentrations, covering linearity, precision, accuracy, and effectiveness.
    • Assisting sales teams by engaging in technical discussions with clients.
    • Promoting PathoSans through seminars, webinars, training sessions, trade exhibitions, conferences, and publications.
    • Aiding sales teams in formulating trial strategies and risk control procedures for potential clients.
    • Providing assistance in conducting on-site assessments for customers to ensure product compatibility.
    • Working with sales teams to adapt existing technologies and integrate PathoSans into clients' current production lines.
    • Supporting sales teams in estimating modification costs.
    • Operating and managing laboratory equipment and tools.
    • Managing regulatory and certification responsibilities, collaborating with bodies like The Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority (AVA), Singapore Food Agency (SFA), ENV (Ministry of Environment), Green Label, etc., and extending similar assistance to SEAsia offices.
    • Contributing to setting up machines at customer sites, verifying operations and procedures (commissioning).
    • Staying informed about global ECA (ElectroChemically Activated) advancements and delivering prompt updates to leadership.
    • Travel might be necessary.

    Essential Skills and Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology Engineering, Biological Chemistry, or Food Science.
    • 5 years of hands-on experience in deactivating bacteria, viruses, yeast, and mold.
    • Knowledge of applications in cleaning, sanitizing, and deodorizing chemicals across various sectors like food processing, flavor and fragrance, building services, waste treatment, controlled environment agriculture, and livestock settings, offers an advantage.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft CRM is desirable.
    • Flexible, adaptable, and agile mindset.
    • Strong troubleshooting abilities and capacity to perform under stress.
    • Effective communication skills with colleagues and management at all levels.
    • Modest, self-driven, and capable of independent work with minimal supervision.
    • Able to operate effectively in a remote work setting when needed.
