Description

An Operational Risk Manager opportunity has recently opened at an established Life Insurer.

If you are a seasoned Operational Risk professional who is looking for new challenges to strengthen your capabilities within a regional life insurer, this is the role for you.

This is a permanent position based in Singapore.

Your Responsibilities:

Assess potential risks for company's business
Review and execute company risk frameworks, policies, and procedures
Foster close collaboration across departments to identify, assess, and monitor significant operational risks within the business units e.g. due diligence, risk culture
Assist multilevel stakeholders of various business units to ensure the effective implementation of risk monitoring, risk initiatives etc.

Your Qualifications:

Min. 7 years experience within operational risk, advantageous if you possess IT Risk background
Familiarity with MAS regulations regarding risk framework for insurance
Strong understanding of business model and operations within insurance
Possess strong stakeholder management skills
