**Our client is a SGX listed Company, one of the most established pioneers in the Healthcare industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting Admin Assistant Manager (Sales) to be part of their Administration team. They are located in the North - easily accessible.

Job Responsibilities of Admin Assistant Manager (Sales):

  • Assists the Singapore Sales team with administrative tasks.
  • Coordinates with Regional offices regarding matters pertaining to contracts for Regional Sales.
  • Validates and ensures the completeness and adherence to minimum enrollment criteria and health questionnaire compliance for both Singapore and Regional contracts.
  • Generates addendum letters for noncompliant enrollments, ensuring receipt of signed letters from clients.
  • Compiles, reviews, and certifies finalized Singapore Sales contracts, ensuring timely dispatch within specified deadlines.
  • Promptly submits financial documentation for all Singapore and regional sales agreements to the Finance team.
  • Maintains a systematic and periodic process for archiving essential documents and contracts.

Requirements:


  • Min Diploma in relevant study, with at least 3 years of working experiences
  • A team player and meticulous to work well with different departments
