Business Function

Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble, and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability, and innovation.

In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

Manage a team which provides support to Global Transaction Services with regards to business initiatives in the custody space.
Collaborate with users and product managers to work on solutioning to meet customer requirements and Institutional Banking Group Operations' key performance matrix.
Analyse case requirements and write users/business requirements.
Work closely with key stakeholders and users from Line Operations and Institutional Banking Group Technology for user requirement gatherings and functional specification signoff.
Manage and perform UAT for product delivery cycle, initiatives, or fixes.
Ensure proper documentations of operation manual and UAT test results.
Provide updates to Senior Management on project delivery schedule, articulate delivery blockers, and provide strategic solution.
Work with users on operationalization of initiatives.
Coordinate with users and Technology team on delivery and business verification.
Manage production issues with users and Technology team, from UAT to delivery of fixes.
Plan team's work schedule and the release cycle with Technology partners.
Provide prompt updates/escalation to management/stakeholders.

Requirements:

5 to 8 years of project management with relevant SFSO experience in custody
Strong analytical skills with ability to work independently, confident with change mindset, and good time management.
Good stakeholder management with effective communication, written, and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask, experience in managing small teams with tight project schedule
