Job Responsiblity:


  • Responsible for the planning, construction, maintenance and department management of the company's information system;
  • According to the company's overall strategic development, formulate information strategy planning, team building and business plans, and promote the company's informatization construction;
  • According to the company's business development and management needs, evaluate and integrate the company's existing or need to implement information systems, formulate corresponding plans, and be responsible for organizing and implementing the development, improvement and maintenance of IT systems;
  • Lead the establishment and implementation of major projects, including IT project feasibility study, project establishment, selection, implementation, operation and maintenance, upgrade and other management work, formulate management systems for each link of the IT system, and be responsible for all projects in the process of informatization construction Technical research, review, negotiation and technical interface work of software companies;
  • Responsible for the company's overall information security, compiling and improving the company's data standards and information confidentiality system, and supervising the protection and maintenance of the company's IT system equipment and network equipment;
  • Coordinate the timely communication of internal and external information of the department, effectively communicate with business and functional departments, and provide IT technical service support.

job requirements:


  • Bachelor degree or above, major in computer or information management;
  • Min 10 years working experience in the implementation of informatization in large enterprise groups, at least 5 years working experience MNC company. Experience in overseas company SAP projects is preferred
  • Experience in information project management, team management and software development or system launch (such as ERP, MES, CRM, LTC, OA), experience in large-scale enterprise information planning, organization, architecture, development, and management;
  • Excellent demand analysis, integration planning and implementation capabilities;
  • Excellent communication and coordination ability, leadership ability, organizational ability, control ability, analysis and judgment ability, guidance and training ability, motivation ability, meeting organization ability;
  • Good at information system planning, layout and framework design, demand analysis, system analysis, familiar with information management workflow.
