Position Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive outreach strategies to effectively communicate company's product to healthcare professionals, potential patients, and community partners.
- Establish and nurture relationships with medical professionals, clinics, hospitals, and referring physicians to drive patient referrals and collaborations.
- Plan and execute engaging events, workshops, and seminars to educate healthcare providers and patients about product offerings and advancements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns, content, and materials that highlight the unique benefits of the products.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and patient preferences to adjust outreach strategies accordingly.
- Maintain a database of healthcare professionals, organizations, and key contacts to streamline communication and relationshipbuilding efforts.
- Work closely with internal clinical teams to gather insights and success stories, translating them into compelling narratives for external audiences.
- Participate in networking events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand presence and expand professional connections.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients, providing accurate and timely information.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of outreach efforts, presenting insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless patient journey across various touchpoints.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in healthcare marketing, clinical outreach, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and patient engagement strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative outreach initiatives.
- Selfmotivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, marketing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
