Marine Claims Executive - Singapore - 5 STONES HRM PTE. LTD.
Description
Handle enquiries and correspondence of marine claims- Investigate and negotiate on marine claims
- Decide and instruct on appointment of service providers
- Decide and instruct on reserve provision
- Handle claims recoveries
- Advise customers on loss prevention
- Review claim files including setting of reserves and monitoring of recoveries
- Complaints handling
- Train, guide and coach junior staff
- Undertake any other duties as may be assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Tertiary education and/or relevant Insurance Professional Qualifications
- Marine insurance knowledge
- Technical knowledge of underwriting including reinsurance
- Claims technical knowhow
- Analytical skill
- Communication skill
- Negotiation skill
