Description
**Responsibilities

  • Facilitate classes and conduct assessments in full accordance with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) and Committee for Private Education (CPE) regulations.
  • Assess Learners' learning needs and coach/mentor them to address those needs.
  • Evaluate curriculum effectiveness and recommend improvement areas by collecting Learner feedback as well as analyzing learning delivery approaches and materials.
  • Manage both internal and external stakeholders.
**Minimum Requirements

  • 2 years of training experience teaching adults
  • 5 years of working experience in relevant field
  • Bachelor's Degree in English or Applied Linguistics or equivalent
  • GCE 'O' level English
  • B3 or equivalent
  • ACLP/ACTA certification
  • CELTA/TESOL certification
  • A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for teaching and is an advocate of lifelong learning.
  • Possess high emotional intelligence.
  • Able to work in different environments, including different campuses and client sites.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekday daytime, evenings, and/or weekends.
