Description

The company offers OTC, iRFQ and electronic trading services giving traders access to the world's deepest liquidity pools, digital asset borrowing and lending, as well as secure, insured wallets to ensure the safekeeping of digital assets with timely transaction settlement.

Responsibilities:

Oversee inbound order flow requests from clients
Engage current and new trading counterparties to ensure a best in class service of the highest standard is provided, building long term relationships
Manage the entire trade life cycle, including client engagement, execution, hedging and settlement
Collaborate with other departments within the company and across the group to ensure proper trade process is followed and completed
Review and improve the trading process
Work with technology team on developing and improving the trading system
Generate insights for creating new products, fee structures, new margin pricing etc. with detailed explanations and justifications. Also generate trade ideas and convey house views to clients.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master Degree in Finance, Economics or related discipline (Fresh Grads with strong coding background welcome)
13 years of trading and/or sales trading experience with strong knowledge of digital assets, commodities, equities, FX/eFX, fixed income, or derivatives essential
Good understanding of API integration, coding and scripts.
Strong understanding of trade execution and risk management
Exceptional interpersonal communication and analytical skills
Knowledge of cryptocurrencies a must
Strong initiative and a proven selfstarter
