Description

As a Property Executive, he or she is required to:
a) Supervise workers on maintenance matters, service facilities, conservancy works & others

b) Coordinate & monitor all corrective & preventive maintenance programmes

c) Attend to complaints & feedback from tenants

d) Investigate & report tenancy infringements by tenants

e) Assist in all surveys required by JTC

f) Attend to any other matter as assigned from time to time

Property Executive/Officer shall possess a minimum Diploma in Building disciplines from a recognised tertiary establishment (with M&E background) and at least 10 years of relevant working experiences.
