Description

Our Prestige client, an SGX listed real estate company, is currently looking for Senior Finance Manager. The role will be reporting to CFO.

**Job Duties: - Coordinate with relevant department on monthly reports

Prepare and facilitate monthly management reports
Manage auditing matters and reports
Review and analyse monthly accounts
Enhance current financial accounting and control procedures
Supervise and training for Singapore finance staffs
Manage company operational cost and budget effectively
Coordinate monthly, quarterly & yearly account closing
Ensure operational cash flow meet short

- and long-term objective for investments

Custodian and controller for finance SOP
Foster good relationship with bankers, JV partners, authorities and related stakeholders
Review asset acquisition and documentation

**Job Requirements: - Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification
