Description
Exhibitor and Visitor post show surveys - re-adapt from past surveys and coordinate with RXPH to create them online, manage survey submission onsite; key in any hardcopies survey received

  • Collate partners' logos for website and onsite billboards
  • Update website as per direction given
  • Monitoring status & deadlines for CMO fulfilment
  • Monitoring status & deadlines for show daily fulfilment
  • Monitoring of Conference/Networking event registrations & Contact Us form enquiries
  • Checking of marketing materials, i.e., pitch materials etc (need to be meticulous)
  • Sourcing of quotations preevent and onsite
  • Sending of Gleanin links to Buyers & Exhibitors
  • Work with Digital team to create forms
  • Media Reg form, Visitor Reg form (adapt from past year

Requirements:


  • A keen eye for detail
  • Time management and multitasking abilities

Job Type:
