RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will provide administrative and operational support to the Singapore Supply Team in our Marine business.


Core duties and responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate, prepare and execute flow of price information and port information to interested parties within the organization
  • Extract performance statistics for analysis
  • Assist both Sales and Administration in ensuring correct, up to date paper trail of fixtures, maintain concise filing system
  • Prepare & submit monthly expense reports in accordance with T&E guidelines
  • Managing of contract administration & generating sales confirmations to suppliers
  • Assist in other administrative functions
Key Requirements

  • A Diploma or G.C.E. "A" level
  • 23 years experience in a Customer Support Role; experience in the marine, shipping or oil industry is a plus
  • Organized, detail oriented, task oriented and deadline sensitive
  • Must be able to follow policy and procedures
  • High level of competency and experience working with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. At ease working in multicultural environment and ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels in the organization
  • Complete fluency in English (oral and written)
  • Professional presence and absolute integrity
  • Ability to work after office hours and/or weekends as required
