Salt Talent Search is looking to hire HR Experience consultant, who will manage end to end HR operations activities from On-boarding to Off-boarding.


Responsibilities:


As an HR Experience consultant, you will work closely with Head of Contracts & Interim Services to assist and support in HR related functions of the assigned business division.


  • Manage employee life cycle activities such as administration, onboarding, employment contract and work pass renewal, benefits administrations and offboarding processes independently.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal guidelines and policies.
  • Participate in adhoc HR projects and other related assignments, assist in annual HR activities where required. e.g. performance appraisal exercises, salary and bonus reviews and letter issuance.
  • Manage Employee NPS.

Qualifications:


  • Diploma in Business Administration / Human Resource
  • Good working attitude
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Take the initiative to propose solutions to work issues
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
