Description

Responsibilities:


  • Provide HR advisory services and main point of contact for managers and employees for HR/ Payroll enquiries
  • Manage the whole onboarding process / offboarding process; not limited to letters preparation, contract briefing, exit interview, employee clearance, etc.
  • Manage employee relations including grievances and disciplinary issues
  • Prepare monthly HR Adjustment List which includes salary adjustment, conversion, unpaid leaves deduction, completion bonus payout, fixed allowances adjustment, etc.
  • Familiar with different payroll formulas for computation of salary, leave encashment, bonus payout, etc,
  • Tracking of governmentpaid Leave (Paternity/ Maternity/Childcare) for timely submission
  • Familiar with work pass transactions through MyMOM portal and WPOnline system and filing of IR21 via IRAS
  • Maintain accurate HR database and update employee records in the HRMS and Pfiles
  • Preparation of Yearly Salary Increment and AWS Payout exercise
  • Verification of salary payout, HR documents, etc. for Malaysia subsidiary
  • Other ad hoc HR functions as and when required

Requirements:


  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification in relevant discipline
  • Good knowledge of local employment legislations like: Employment Act, CPF Act and IRAS
  • Knowledge in Prosoft HRMS is plus point
