**Job Description;
- To assist the project manager with workplace activity
- Responsible for daily coordination work at the workplace
- Able to read and understand construction drawings, take measurements, and supervise.
- Able to lead a team of workers and make sure all compliance with workplace health and safety regulations on the job site.
- Managing the quality of work and budget costs.
- Communicating with clients, developers, architects, and engineers.
- Preparing work schedules for contractors and laborers.
- Identifying, developing, and utilizing the talent pool to maximize productivity and quality of work.
- Adhering to both budgetary and time constraints.
- Visiting and inspecting building sites. Reporting on progress and challenges.
- Class 3 driving licence
- Good time management and communication skill
- BCSS & any other relevant safety certificates
